NURSERY

6 WEEKS – 23 MONTHS

What to Expect

Nursery Check In

When you arrive at church, you will check in with the Nursery workers.  We will ask you to fill out a form that gives us some basic information about your child’s care, feeding, diapers, special things we should know about and anything else you can think of.

    Service Number

Each parent will receive a unique number associated with their child that will appear on the screen in the sanctuary if you as a parent are needed at any time throughout the service.  If you forget your number or don’t see the number pop up – don’t worry. Should there be a true emergency, we will physically locate you in the service.

      During Service

As service goes on, your child along with the other nursery babies will play with toys, get fed snacks and be taught a lesson.

        Child Check Out

When service is over only a parent is allowed to pick up your child. Each child will have a sheet of paper in their diaper bag that will have information on how their child did in the class. This paper will give you information about your child like if they slept at all or how many times their diaper was changed.

If your child has need of special accommodations or has any dietary concerns, please let us know when you check your child in. For more information call 918-279-1243 and ask for our Children’s Director Laura Exum.

          Cry Room

You as a parent are always welcome to sit in on a nursery class.  If you do decide to keep your child in service with you and he/she starts to get fussy, you can continue to watch the service through our viewing room located inside of the nursery room.  From here you can participate in service hearing all that is being preached without disturbing others in the service.
